High-Level Interface: Handling Query Documents
The high-level interface to the Data Access Manager allows applications to manipulate query documents and to get the results of the query provided by a query document. The use and contents of query documents are discussed in "Creating a Query Document" beginning on page 12-47. The routines described in this section create query records, dispose of query records, and use query documents to establish communication with and send queries to a data server. For a general discussion of the high-level interface, see "The High-Level Interface" beginning on page 12-7 .
